Community Guidelines

1. Be Respectful

• Treat every person with dignity, respect, and kindness.
• No harassment, insults, bullying, or personal attacks.
• No hateful, racist, sexist, or discriminatory language.

2. Keep It Safe

• Do not threaten harm or encourage self-harm or violence.
• Do not share explicit, graphic, or inappropriate content.
• Do not share or request highly sensitive information (e.g., SIN numbers, bank details, passwords).

3. Be Honest & Trustworthy

• Only post accurate, truthful, and current information.
• Do not post deceptive or misleading job or volunteer opportunities.
• Do not impersonate another person or organization.

4. No Unwanted Solicitation

• Do not use WPA Matrix to promote products, business schemes, or fundraising campaigns unrelated to the core mission of support and care.
• Refrain from spamming or repeatedly messaging users with promotional content.

5. In-Person Meetings

• When connecting in person, choose public locations and tell someone you trust where you are going.
• Use common sense and be cautious when meeting people you’ve only met online.
• Waterloo Pentecostal Assembly is not responsible for the conduct, decisions, or actions of individuals you meet through WPA Matrix.

6. Reporting Concerns

If you see behaviour that violates these guidelines:

• Report it to the site administrators (WPA staff) as soon as possible.
• We may review content, take action on accounts, or remove content that violates these guidelines or the Terms & Conditions.

7. Consequences of Violations

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

• Content removal.
• Warnings to the user.
• Temporary suspension of account.
• Permanent account termination for serious or repeated violations.
